基于PLC污水处理自动控制系统的设计 摘 要 目前，我国大多数污水处理控制系统自动化水平不高、安全性低、管理不当，效率普遍低于世界标准。中国污水处理自控系统相对落后，污水处理成本居高不下，污水厂排放的处理过的污水的水质不稳定，所以如何建立有效的自控系统，优化运行效果，减少运行费用，具有重要意义。 本文首先介绍了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程，控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤，来说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。并通过研究设计一套基于PLC控制的污水处理系统。系统主要控制污水pH值和温度为后续UASB处理做铺垫，根据这一要求设计了设备的电器控制与自动控制线路，主要包括设备的启停、和信号采集等，然后根据工艺要求设计PLC控制系统，其中包括系统资源配置并按照污水处理工艺编制PLC程序。该系统具有温度pH值控制精度高，结构简单，工作可靠等特点。 关键词： 污水处理 PLC pH值检测 温度控制 Abstract At present, the automation level?of most?sewage treatment control system is not high, low security, mismanagement,?andefficiency is generally lower than the world standard. China sewage treatment automatic control system is relatively backward, the high cost of sewage treatment, sewage plants treated effluent quality of instability, how to establish effective automatic control system to optimize the operating results, and reduce operating costs is of great significance.牋 The article introduces the thechnological of PLC-based sewage treatment control system , its related process , the architecture and design of control system hardware, working principles and the basic principles and steps of the design of PLC control system to illustrate the application of PLC in the sewage treatment process. According to analysis, I designed a PLC-based sewage treatment control system .System control wastewater pH value and temperature to pave the way for follow-up UASB treatment, according to this requirement designed equipment, electrical control and automatic control circuit, including the start and stop, and signal acquisition, and design of PLC control system according to process requirements , including allocation of resources and the preparation of the PLC program in accordance with the sewage treatment process. The operation results show that the system has high control precision of temperature pH value, simple structure.
