围护专项方案 Special Program for Fencing and Protection 总体要求 1. General Requirements 现场安全防护设施要有计划，有步骤的验收，验收时分类别，分层次。对完成的安全防护设施要组织人员及时验收。验收时，根据验收表，逐项对照，对验收中出现的不合格项，逐项记录，并立即整改。安全防护设施验收，由项目HSE主管组织安全监督员、技术负责人、技术员和操作负责人进行，对验收的结果要填写定性的结论。 Site safety protection facilities shall be checked and accepted step by step based on the plan, and inspection and acceptance shall be done by types and levels.
