毕业设计(论文)  摘 要 随着科学的进步，医院信息管理系统已成为现代化医院的标志。我国医院信息化建设已转变为“以患者为中心”的服务信息管理系统，并依托远程医疗和网络技术，向社区卫生服务机构延伸。双向转诊信息管理系统将社区卫生服务站与医院连接在一起，使双向转诊制度得到了有效的实施。该系统包括后台数据库的建立以及前台应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库,而对于后者则要求具有齐全完善的应用程序功能,友好人性化的操作界面。该系统采用现代的办公自动化理念,面向中小型医院和社区门诊,实现无纸化办公,确保医院和社区门诊实现高效办公,规范管理。本论文主要介绍了双向转诊系统的设计开发与实现的全部过程。并运用功能结构图、数据库关系图和E-R图等对核心模块的设计过程进行了详细的说明。双向转诊系统整体基于B/S模式，后台数据库选用，使用JSP语言来设计实现。实现了患者的就诊转诊流程。简化了繁琐的手工操作,规范化整个病历处理流程,使得病历的流转更方便快捷。/S模式；以患者为中心数字化ABSTRACT As science advances, the hospital information management system has become a symbol of modern hospital.
