宫颈癌中IGF-1R和D2-40的表达及其临床意义 付改玲 薛玲玲 河南科技大学第一附属医院妇产科（河南洛阳471000） 【摘要】目的 研究宫颈组织中IGF-1R 的分布、表达及D2-40标记的淋巴管密度（LVD），探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中IGF-1R与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P 法对30例正常宫颈组织、30例CINⅢ组织、50例宫颈鳞癌组织中IGF-1R和D2-40标记的淋巴管密度的表达情况。结果 在正常子宫颈组织中IGF-1R阳性表达率与宫颈鳞癌比较差异有显著性(P 0. 05)，CINⅢ组织与宫颈鳞癌组织的阳性表达率相比较差异有显著性( P 0.05)， IGF-1R的阳性表达在宫颈鳞癌高分化与中、低分化之间差异有显著性(P 0. 05)，而在临床分期各组间差异无显著性( P 0.05)，淋巴结转移阳性组和阴性组阳性表达率差异有显著性(P 0. 05)，淋巴结转移阳性组及IGF-1R表达阳性组LVD明显高于阴性组(P 0. 05)。结论 IGF-1R在宫颈鳞癌中的表达与其组织学分级呈负相关，其表达越高分化越低，IGF-1R可能与淋巴结转移相关，通过对IGF-1R表达的检测可能对于预测宫颈鳞癌的预后及对临床治疗有一定的指导意义。 【关键词】　宫颈鳞癌;免疫组织化学; IGF-1R D2-40 【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the expression of IGF-1R and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) marked by D2-40 in cervical tissues and explore the relationship between the expression of IGF-1R and lymph node metastasis in squamous carcinoma tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical S - P method was applied to 30 cases of normal cervical tissue, 30 cases of CIN Ⅲ, 50 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma tissue ，to observe the expression of IGF-1R and the lymphatic vessel density which marked by D2-40. Results The positive expression rate in normal cervical tissue of IGF-1R have significant difference compared with cervical squamous cell carcinomas (P 0. 05), There was significant difference with the positive expression rate of IGF-1R between CIN Ⅲ organization and cervical squamous carcinoma tissues P 0. 05), the positive expression of IGF-1R in high differentiation and cervical squamous carcinoma was significancely lower than low differentiation tissues(P 0. 05), but there was no significant difference between groups in the clinical stages (P 0.05), lymph node metastasis positive group and negative group positive expression rate difference significant (P 0. 05), lymph node metastasis positive group and LVD expression of IGF-1R positive group was obviously higher than that of negative group (P 0. 05).
