检验员安全操作规程目的：为确保员工生命和财产安全，检验人员必须严格遵守公司各项安全规章制度以外，还必须遵守以下操作规程。范围：针对质量部所有检验员。规程：检验员取得三级安全培训后才能上岗。1：检验员在检验产品时，必须正确穿戴好劳防用品。包括工作服，安全鞋，安全帽，防护眼镜，耳塞，防护口罩等。2：检验时要确保使用的工具完好，如在检验过程中需要使用电源时，事先要检测电源是否安全可靠。严禁用湿手接触电源插头。3：工件处于运动状态或未放置平稳时，不得进行检验。不得直接用手触摸产品的快口或锐角边，以免手指被划伤。4：产品需要移动或翻身检验时应通知车间行车工和挂钩工，翻转工件，同时检验员要远离到安全地带，在保证自身安全的情况下才能去检验产品，吊装时检验员绝不能用手去扶吊起的产品。5：检验时注意观察四周情况，确保被检工件四周有安全通道，行车在头顶上方运行时应主动避让。6：严禁在机床旋转开动或未停稳时进行检验。7：如遇到在机床上测量工件时，要和机床操作人员密切合作，统一指挥，保持沟通顺畅，在确保安全的情况下才能去检验工件。不得与本职工作无关的设备设施接触，不得进入与本职工作无关的场所。8：如需登高检测时要严格遵守《登高作业管理条例》作业，如果要使用升降梯设备时，必须在取得安全部门发放的许可证的情况下才能使用。9工作完成后放置好所用量具或电动工具，工具做好清洁保养工作。 Inspector safety operation proceduresPurpose:In order to ensure the staff of life and property safety, inspection personnel must strictly abide by the safety rules and regulations of the company, must also comply with the following procedures.Range:All inspector for quality department.Procedures:Inspectors have three-level safety training to mount guard.Inspector in the inspection of products must wear labour Protective Gear properly.
