紫琅职业技术学院 毕业设计 题 目： 沧浪区实验小学南校区工程监理规划 学 生 姓 名： 方堃 所在系、专业： 建筑工程系 建筑工程技术 班 级： 建工3092 指 导 教 师： 杨峰 日 期： 2012.5.20 摘 要 工程建设监理规划是根据工程监理委托合同确定的工作范围，并根据所监理项目的特点而写的监理工作计划，是指导监理工作全过程的纲领性文件，本监理规划是为沧浪区实验小学南校区项目工程编制。在监理规划的总框架下，在总监理工程师的主持下编制，制定了一系列的工作计划，在进度计划、工作流程、监理工作制度、各项工作的报表、监理工作守则、职责分工、使监理的工作规范化、制度化。在建设工程项目中实施全过程的监理，不仅包括施工准备阶段、建设施工阶段和竣工验收阶段的监理，还包括建设项目取得前期决策研究阶段、勘察和设计阶段，以及维护保修阶段的监理工作。从工程实际出发，从筹建单位需要和利益出发，为项目工程服务，切实保障筹建单位和各参加单位的根本利益和工程成果，使其所带来的时世效益和指导意义惠及更广。 关键词：监理规划 工作流程 服务Abstract Supervision of project construction planning determines work range according to the project supervision contract .and it is work plan according to the characteristics of the project supervision. And it is a programmatic document that guide the entire process of the supervision work.The supervision planning is a engineering project that is planed for a primary school of south campus in canglang area .in the total framework of supervision planning,i make a series of plans with teachers help.with the time schedule, work process and supervision system, each work reports and supervision of responsibilities,i make the supervision work to be standardized and institutionalized.In the whole course of supervision, it is included of preparation for construction stage, construction stage of construction, completion acceptance stage of the supervision,construction project of the research, investigation and decision-making stage design stage, as well as maintenance warranty phase of the supervision work. According to practical conditions and the needs and interests of the starting unit , project engineering services, we ensure preparation and the unit in the fundamental interests of the unit and engineering efforts and make its brings more benefits of guiding.
