The reason are many including: education standard, culture complexities, competition with other companies, etc. Questions 1) What suggestions should be given for the Western companies to keep talents for long? 2) How to make university graduates being able to access suitable jobs as soon as possible? 3) What can education system do to change the situation that on one hand graduates can’t find proper jobs and the other hand of labor shortage problem? Some datas Learning Points Reflections Suggestions: The companies should find a new way to train his employees including cooperating with university and making contact with students and training them for your own business, even though they’re not graduated . According to statistics, only 5% of graduates are willing to start their own business, and the government should introduce proper policy to guide them for better development of our country.
