郑州大学毕业设计（论文） 题 目：1Cr18Ni9耐热钢筛板的设计与研究 指导教师： 吴振卿 职称： 教授 学生姓名： 瞿达涛 学号： 20060800409 专 业： 材料成型及控制工程 院（系）： 材料科学与工程学院 2009年6月2日  高温条件下，具有抗氧化性和足够的高温强度以及良好的耐热性能的钢筛板是筛分机用以完成筛分过程的重要工作部件，每台筛分机械都要选择一种符合它的工作要求的筛板。不同的物料，不同的场所应选用不同的筛板，以达到筛分的最佳效果。筛板应有足够的强度、较高的开孔率和不易堵孔等性能。振动筛振动时，筛板通过不同形状和大小的物料，在振动力的作用下，将不同粒度的物料进行分离，达到分级目的。冶金、煤炭、化工、建材及水电工程、磨料垃圾处理、采石场等行业物料的洗矿、筛分、分级、脱渣、脱泥、脱水等行业。1Cr18Ni9的晶相图和硬度值，简单的分析了它的基本性能。 关键词：耐热钢 ；筛板 Abstract Heat-resistant steel is at high temperature with high temperature oxidation resistance and adequate strength and good heat resistance of steel. Sieve is a screening machine to complete the screening process, the important working parts, each screening machinery must select a line of its work requirements sieve. Different materials, different places different sieve should be used to achieve screening of the best results. Sieve should have sufficient strength, high open porosity and pore blocking and other properties is not easy. Vibration shaker, sieve through the different shapes and sizes of materials under vibration force, the separation of different size materials to achieve the purpose of classification。Heat-resistant steel sieve is mainly used in metallurgy, coal, chemicals, building materials and hydropower projects, abrasive waste, quarry materials and other industries washing, screening, grading, removing slag, removing mud, dehydration and other industries. In this paper, heat-resistant steel and sieve of various chemical composition and properties, and also introduces the sieve of the production process, including its shape, core making, melting and pouring process and so on. Finally,through a series of experiments have been used widely in the sieve material 1Cr18Ni9 crystalline phase diagram and hardness values, a simple analysis of its basic properties.
