毕业设计说明书 某综合研发实验楼给水排水 系统设计 专 业 XXXXXXXXXXXX 学生姓名 XXXXXXXX 班 级 XXXXXXXXXXX 学 号 XXXXXXXXXX 指导教师 XXXXXXXXXXXXXX 完成日期 XXXXXXXXXXX 某综合研发实验楼给水排水系统设计 摘 要：本设计是某综合研发实验楼给水排水系统设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统和屋面雨水系统四个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水的供水方式，一-五层为低区，由市政管网直接供水，六到十七层为高区，采用水泵联合屋顶水箱的供水方式，这种供水方式可以有效的保证高区的生活用水。排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，一层单独排放，二层至十七层排水立管设伸顶通气管及专用通气管，根据设计原始资料，污废水可直接排入市政污水管网。消防系统按照规范要求设计成消火栓灭火系统和自动喷水灭火系统合用的灭火方式，在建筑屋顶设置消防水箱，水箱内应贮存10min的室内消防用水量，在地下室设置消防水泵和消防贮水池。雨水采用的是天沟外排水系统，雨水直接排向市政雨水管网。 本设计中给水管道采用PP-R管，污水和雨水管道采用PVC-U管，消防系统管道采用镀锌钢管。 设计过程中进行了相关系统方案的优选与确定、平面布置和计算以及生活水泵及消防水泵的选型。最后使用AutoCAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图、系统图、大样图并编制了设计说明计算书。 关键词：综合研发实验楼；给水系统；排水系统；消防系统；雨水系统 The Design of the Water-supply and Drainage System for a comprehensive research and development laboratory building Abstract: This project is the water-supply and drainage system design of a comprehensive research and development laboratory building，including water-supply system,drainage system, fire protection system and roof rainwater system. Water-supply system adopt the way of zone water supply:the 1st to 5th floor for the low area, directly by the municipal pipe network water;the 6th to 23th floor for the high area, using the water supply of pumps combined roof water tank,which can effectively guarantee the domestic water of the high area.The drainage of the 2nd to 23th floor is set with extended roof ventilation pipes and a dedicated air pipe, according to the design of the original data, sewage-waste water can be discharged into the municipal sewer network directly.According to the regulatory requirements,the fire-fighting system is designed to the fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system.In the roof of the building sets a fire water tank,which should be stored interior fire water 10min.Sets fire pumps and fire tank in the basement.Rainwater is used gutter drainage system outside,and discharged directly to the municipal storm sewer system.
