学校编码：10173 学号：G2007176 硕 士 学 位 论 文 旅游城市散客服务体系构建研究 —以大连为例 Research on FIT Service System Building in Tourism City —A Case Study of Dalian 刘光荣 指导教师姓名： 朴松爱副教授 一级学科名称： 管理学 二级学科名称： 旅游管理 论文答辩时间： 2009年4月  摘 要 中国旅游业经历了30年的发展与实践，在宏观环境和产业自身发展的双重作用下，开始由传统旅游业向现代旅游业转变。随着散客旅游市场的迅猛发展，传统团队运行体系的弊端现已无法满足旅游市场的服务需求，因此，实现团队运行体系向散客运行体系的转变，是旅游城市旅游业发展的必然趋势。本文所界定的散客服务体系，是指以散客需求为中心，以旅游城市为载体，提供满足散客顺利出游的一个完善的科学体系。这个体系由旅游事业管理委员会、旅游咨询服务中心、旅游网站、语言服务系统、保障服务系统五部分构成。同时，在分析利用经济学、市场学、旅游学等基本理论的基础上，对这个体系进行了深入分析研究，在借鉴了国内国际较为成熟的散客服务体系经验的基础上，针对大连散客旅游服务运行体系存在的问题，提出构建大连散客服务体系的若干建设性对策。 关键词：旅游城市，散客，散客服务体系，构建  ABSTRACT After 30 years of development and practice, China tourism begins from traditional tourism to modern tourism period under the dual role of macro environment and industry growth. With the rapid increase in FIT market, the disadvantages of traditional tour group implementation system could not meet the service requirements of new tourism market. Therefore, it is the natural trend of tourism development for tourism city to achieve the change of system from group implementation system to FIT implementation system. This paper provides a definition of FIT service, that is, with FIT’s need as a center and tourism city as a carrier, a perfect and scientific system to supply and meet FIT’ tourism activities. This system consists of management committee of tourism, information center, tourism website, language service and travel security and safeguard. Meanwhile, on the basis of such theories as economy, market and tourism, this paper tries to make further research on each section. Moreover, by referencing experience of home and broad and aiming at the current problems of Dalian FIT service system, it also put forward the countermeasures to build Dalian FIT service system.
