摘　要 随着计算机及相关技术的迅猛发展，计算机在石油工业方面的应用越来越广泛把钻井数据实时地传输到油田基地，是现代化生产管理的重要手段本文Abstract Along with the swift and violent development of the computer and relevant technology, computer in the oil industry in the increasingly widespread application. putting drilling data real-time transmission to the Oilfield base is a means of the modernization of production. this article mainly introduced the key technology based on Delphi programming , design and operation method of Oracle database.detailed descriped the design and implementation process of well field real-time data delivery system. The system mainly includes a well site client, the base server and database.The base client carries to include system to install a data to deliver to keep ,watch on with appearance three parts,configure.The server carries to include system to install to keep watch on with appearance two parts. Achieving the real-time Well field data transmission functions, and adopted to encrypt a compression technique,data according to carried on a processing, to ensure the confidentiality and real-time of data transmission.During the period of delivering,achieving many clients can link a server to carry on a data transmission in the meantime, and can surveillance to the current server and the client, make sure the state of the link at present. This article detailed introduction the technology and principle of the system,in the meantime giving parts of codes of realization , the problems encountered on and their solutions.
