不同任務的小團體在訊息結構的差異比較 中 文 摘 要 過去小團體溝通行為之相關研究多著重於「行為層面」的探討，多偏向 觀察個人特質、職位身份、角色互動等因素對小團體溝通行為之影響，而較 少從「資料、資訊層面」進行比較分析，亦即從小團體溝通過程所產製與獲 致之「資料內容、資訊結構、命題分類」等面向，進行小團體溝通行為之探 索。 因此，本研究主要即在探討小團體之溝通行為，是否會因任務類型（腦 力激盪 vs 團體決策）之差異，而展現出不同的「訊息結構」以及為何會呈 現不同之「訊息結構」。 本研究透過小團體實驗觀察法及非參與觀察法進行研究，在控制「參與 人員知識背景、實驗環境與討論時間」等因素下，針對同一批實驗對象在執 行不同任務時，進行團體溝通時訊息結構互動之過程的觀察研究。 本研究發現，不同之任務類型，確實呈現不同之「訊息結構」，「腦力激 盪」團體的溝通過程中呈現出較豐富、發散且循環之命題類型，而執行「團 體決策」任務的團體溝通行為中，則呈現出較多「單一、循環、膠著」之命 題的走向。此相關發現不僅有助於小團體溝通行為研究之深化，亦可應用於 系統化提升團體創意之的研究工作。 關鍵詞：小團體傳播、任務團體、訊息結構、腦力激盪、團體決策 The comparison of the difference in information structure among small groups with different tasks Abstract The relative research on small group communication were mostly focus on behavior level which is mainly about the observation on how personal quality, social status, and character interplay affect the small group communication, and hardly any comparative analysis has taken place on the factors such as data and information level.
