天津职业技术师范大学TianjinUniversity of Technology and Education毕 业 设 计专 业：材料成型及控制工程班级学号：学生姓名：指导教师：二〇一六年五月天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计基于逆向工程的玩具快速仿制技术----玩具内部机构运动仿真及快速成型Rapid imitation technology of toys based on Reverse Engineering---Motion simulation and rapid prototyping of internal mechanism of toy专业班级：材料1201学生姓名：指导教师：学 院：机械工程学院2016 年 5月摘 要本文研究了逆向工程的关键技术，并应用于玩具的模型重建与快速仿制。逆向工程可以迅速、精确、方便地获得实物的三维数据及模型，为产品提供先进的开发、设计及制造的技术支撑。国外７０％以上的技术来自于反求。逆向工程已成为联系新产品开发过程中各种先进技术的纽带，并成为消化和吸收先进技术、实现新产品快速开发的重要技术手段。对乌龟玩具的快速仿制研究中，综合运用了geomagic、imageware、UG等逆向建模软件，采用了正逆向结合的方法，使用关节臂扫描仪获得完整、高精度的目标点云数据以便于后期的模型重建工作，用geomagic的点处理功能精简提取的点云数据，用imageware来获得精确规范的点云截面点链，使用UG高效便捷的建模功能完成曲面的拟合与实体的创建以及对机构的运动仿真，最后使用快速成型机打印出成品模型，完成仿制工作。研究表明，使用逆向工程的方法完成产品的快速仿制，可以提高产品的可编辑性，缩短生产周期，并且节省成本，具有重要的实用意义和应用价值。关键词：逆向工程；快速原型；geomagic；imageware；建模；ABSTRACTThis paper studied the key technology of reverse engineering, and applied to the toy model reconstruction and rapid imitation.
