石家庄经济学院华信学院毕业论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 在信息时代，随着信息技术的集成化和网络化的不断发展，企业信息化程度不断提高。现代企业中，信息技术、信息系统和信息作为一种资源已不再仅仅支撑企业战略，而且还有助于决定企业战略，信息战略已成为企业战略不可分割的一部分；企业信息化已成为不可阻挡的必然趋势。但是，由于我国目前仍是一个发展中国家，是在没有完成工业化的情况下搞信息化建设的，因此，与信息社会对企业的要求，对于经营型企业来说信息化的水平高低直接影响着企业的发展，我国的经营型企业在这方面有着很大的差距。 本文从信息化的基本概念入手，对国内外企业信息化水平评价的研究动态进行了概述，在对我国企业信息化建设情况以及国内外先进的评价指标体系、评价方法充分了解的基础上，根据指标体系建立的原则，建立了一套适用于经营型企业发展模式的企业信息化水平的科学评价指标体系，并对北京东升博展科技发展有限公司信息化现状进行了分析与评价，最后根据评价结果提出针对该企业信息化建设存在的问题及相应发展的策略。 关键词：企业；信息；信息化；层次分析法； ABSTRACT At information age, with the integrated and networked constant development of the information technology, enterprises information-based degree is raising constantly.
