ABS anti-lock braking system and BAS brake assist system also has been widely used in cars, large buses and trucks. Since 2005, the European Union (EU) requires all car production and sales within the EU mandatory installation of ABS anti-lock braking system, since 2009, all automobile production and sales within the EU to force the installation of BAS brake assist systems. In this paper, the composition and working principle of the ABS anti-lock braking system and BAS brake assist system and the use of sensor technology to make some improvements to the BAS Brake Assist system. Keywords: Active safety systems, ABS, BAS, sensor 1 ABS防抱死制动系统 ABS防抱死制动系统Anti-lock Brake System,是能有效缩短制动距离,提高车辆操控性的安全装置。制动压力调节器串接在制动主缸与轮缸之间,通过电磁阀直接或间接地控制轮缸的制动压力。通常,把电磁阀直接控制轮缸制动压力的制动压力调节器称作循环式调节器,把间接控制制动压力的制动压力调节器称作可变容积式调节 制动压力调节器系统的工作原理如下: (1)常规制动   常规制动过程中,ABS系统不工作。电磁线圈中无电流通过,电磁阀处于“升压”位置,此时制动主缸与轮缸直通,由制动主缸来的制动液直接进入轮缸,轮缸压力随主缸压力而增减。此时回油泵也不需工作。   (2)保压过程 当轮速传感器发出抱死危险信号时,ECU向电磁线圈通入一个较小的保持电流。 (3)减压过程   如果在“保持压力”命令发出后,仍有车轮抱死信号,ECU即向电磁线圈通入一个最大电流,电磁阀处于“减压”位置,此时电磁阀将轮缸与回油通道或储液室接通,轮缸中制动液经电磁阀流入储液室,轮缸压力下降。   (4)增压过程 当压力下降后车轮加速太快时,ECU便切断通往电磁阀的电流,主缸和轮缸再次相通,主缸中的高压制动液再次进入轮缸,使制动压力增加。于“保压”位置。此时主缸、轮缸和回油孔相互隔离密封,轮缸中的制动压力保持一定。 2.3中央电控单元ECU 图(5)中央电控单元( ECU) 1.制动踏板2.报警灯3.ECU4.车轮转速传感器5.车轮6.制动分泵 7.制动液压力调节装置8.制动总泵 中央电控单元( E
