(Natural Science Edition) Jun. 2016 DOI ：10.15986/j.1006-7930.2016.03.024 2008—2013年西北地区城镇化品质测度及省域差异分析 1 2 2 陆 路 ，张 旭 ，窦 智 （ 1. 西安科技大学建筑与土木工程学院，陕西 西安 710054 ；2. 长安大学建筑工程学院，陕西 西安 710061 ） 摘要：从社会发展、经济发展、居民生活、基础设施、生态环境和城乡统筹六个方面，选取30个指标，建立城镇化品质综合 测度指标体系，基于2008—2013年西北地区各省域的相关统计数据，运用熵权TOPSIS法，定量测度西北地区城镇化品质， 并分析西北地区各省域的城镇化品质的差异．结果表明：2008—2013年西北地区整体城镇化品质呈现总体增长、局部波动的 态势．在社会发展方面，新疆的社会发展品质遥遥领先；经济发展方面，陕西和宁夏的经济发展品质较高；居民生活方面， 陕西和宁夏的相对贴近度接近且位居前列；基础设施方面，甘肃的基础设施品质始终在低位徘徊，且与其他省域的差距较大； 生态环境方面，西北地区生态环境品质呈现“宁夏、陕西、新疆、青海、甘肃”逐渐降低的趋势；城乡统筹方面，甘肃的城乡 统筹品质在急剧下降． 关键词：西北地区；城镇化品质；测度；省域差异；熵权；TOPSIS 中图分类号：F299.21 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7930(2016)03-0448-06 Measurement of urbanization quality and analysis of provincial disparities in chinas northwest region during 2008—2013 1 2 2 LU Lu ,ZHANG Xu ,DOU Zhi ( 1.
