How to protect the safety of information in personal mobile phone, how to protect the users’ secrety out of the risks is becoming an emergent problem. The current mobile phone OS includes mainly Symbian OS mobile operating systems, Linux operating system, Windows Mobile operating system, Android operating system. In this paper, Android operating is used, because of its open design of our program to provide greater freedom degrees. In the proposed system, the user of mobile phone users can encrypt the required documents (plaintext) to produce ciphertext; moreover, when users need to check documents, they can use a key to decrypt the ciphertext into the original ciphertext.
