Through consult to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, it is given that the background of the financial information and the significance of financial information in this paper.We know that the financial software applications is the development direction of financial reform and an important component of national information technology, from the development process of domestic and foreign financial software applications. The important role of the construction of financial software is given in the financial reform and development in China.At present, there is great gap between Chinas financial industry software development and the developed foreign countries, We should spare no effort to develop the application of financial software.
