行星减速机建模及强度分析 班级：车辆102 姓名：魏博雄 指导老师：崔根群 摘 要： 本文主要研究了行星齿轮减速机，行星齿轮减速机又称为行星减速机，伺服减速机。在减速机家族中，行星减速机以其体积小，传动效率高，减速范围广，精度高等诸多优点，而被上海利懿电机科技广泛应用于伺服电机、步进电机、直流电机等传动系统中。其作用就是在保证精密传动的前提下，主要被用来降低转速增大扭矩和降低负载/电机的转动惯量比。行星齿轮减速机主要传动结构为:行星轮,太阳轮,外齿圈 根据本课题要求选择的渐开线少齿差行星齿轮。在本次课程设计中首先运用了UG软件对减速器进行了建模，之后建立有限元模型，并用NX NSTRAN软件对有限元模型进行了分析求解，得出了齿轮和轴在力的作用下产生的变形和应力分布情况图。之后再通过变形图和应力云图的结果分析是否低于构件所允许的屈服极限，判断设计的零件是否满足强度发的设计要求并完成有限元。 关键词： 行星齿轮减速机 建模 强度分析 Machine of decelerate of planet of modeling and strength analysis ABSTRACT： This paper mainly studied the planetary gear reducer, planetary gear reducer is also known as planetary reducer, servo reducer. In the family of reducer, planetary reducer with its small size, high transmission efficiency, speed range is wide, many advantages of high precision and taken by Shanghai motor technology is widely used in servo motor, stepper motor, dc motor drive system. Its role is on the premise of guarantee precision transmission, mainly used to reduce speed increase torque and lower than the rotational inertia of the load/motor. Main drive gear reducer structure is: the planets round, round the sun, outer ring gear. According to the requirements of this topic selection of less tooth differenced planetary gear involute. First during the curriculum design using the UG software modeling of gear reducer, after establishing the finite element model, and using NX NSTRAN software analyses the finite element model is used, the gear and shaft is obtained under the action of force, deformation and stress distribution diagram. Then by the results of deformation and stress nephogram analysis whether below what component allows the yield limit, judge whether the parts of the design meets the design requirements of strength of hair and complete finite element.
