In the after ten years, great master had developed the lean theory continuously in practice. In the book of 《Lean Thinking》in 1996, James P. Womack introduced 5 basic principles about lean thinking. He put forward to judge value by customers’ point of 6#00aa00view and stress that lean production is a process of continuous improvement of itself. In the book of 《LEAN SOLUTION》finished by October 2005, the lean concept had made a further progress and put forward that interaction with customers is also a good way. In recent years, the lean production has been broad generalized to all over the world, especially in the field of aviation and auto manufacture. Lean production aims to achieve the lowest cost by eliminating waste, while the fundamental method of eliminating waste is to prevent over-production. The waste brought by excessive production is not only caused storage space occupation, but also caused extra expenditure of different kinds of equipment、personnel and stock management during the process of material transit. Therefore, to avoid excessive production and to realize production on time which required enterprise to produce necessary products in necessary quantity and in necessary time to meet the demand of customers are very effective to reduce the cost and improve the economic efficiency of enterprise.
