摘要滑移装载机是一种利用两边行走轮速度差实现转向，能实现多种工程作业的小型工程机械。因其小巧灵活，能实现原地转向的特点，在工程运用中起着越来越重要的作用。换装特定用途通用属具后，可实现铲运，堆垛，压实路面等多种作业模式。现设计一款适应国内市场的滑移装载机液压系统。分析国内外滑移装载机现状及发展趋势，参考已有滑移装载机液压系统，依据任务书给出的设计要求，结合实际作业模式和作业环境，对滑移装载机的运动和受力进行分析，针对其要实现的动做要求，拟定液压系统方案设计。通过计算和参考样本，完成液压系统的工作泵，控制阀，行走马达，工作液压缸等元件的选型。最后，用三维绘图软件PROE绘制出油箱、泵组、阀组、马达等所选元件，设计出系统所需的其他零件，并完成液压系统的管路设计和零件的装配。关键词：装载机；滑移；液压系统AbstractSkid Steer Loader is a kind of construction machinery canrealize various engineering operations,whose steeringis realizedby thevelocity differenceof twosides’ wheels.Because of the characteristics of small overall dimensions andsteering without moving ; Skid Steer Loader is playing a more and more important role in engineering applycation.There is a lot of attanchments can be connected with the Skid Steer Loader’quick changer to realize various engineering operations,such as earth moving,stacking,compaction pavement and so on.This work focus on the designing of a Skid Steer Loader’s hydraulic system according to the need of domestic market.The developingsituation and of Skid Steer Loader at home and abroad and the development trend is been analyised.This hydraulic systemsi designed by refering to the exsisting Skid Steer Loader,according to the design requirements in the design assignment, and combining with actual operation mode and operating environment.The movement and force of loader is been analyised at first.the hydraulic system schematicsis been formulated according to the requirement of working condition ,and then Hydraulic components of the hydraulic system such as work pumps, control valves, walk motors, hydraulic cylinders are been selected after design calculation and referingto sample.Finally,the parts of hydraulic system,such as oil tank, pump group, valve group, motorsand other parts needed to be independent design are been drawed by 3D drawing software(PROE),and locate and assemble all parts onSkid Steer Loader’s chassis and complete hydraulic pipe design.
