CPEA includes two parts: modeling of a forward problem and a parameters extraction process. The modeling of the forward problem is based an electrostatic scattering theory. With the model, we present an analytical solution of the forward problem. The solution process of the forward problem can be done in a very short period compared with conventional methods using iteration process. Based on the proposed model of forward problem, parameters extraction process could be regarded as a constrained optimization problem which is solved by a modified simplex optimization algorithm. Simulation experiments show that CPEA method can not only achieve more information of cancerous lesion within breast but also be more accurate and robust compared with other information extraction algorithms. Key words: breast cancer; electrical impedance scanning imaging; complete parameters extraction; constrained problems; electrostatic scattering 1 研究背景 在西方国家，乳腺疾病是最常见的女性疾病，其中乳腺癌是女性最易患的恶性肿瘤[1].在我国，近年来乳腺癌的发病率以每年3%的幅度递增,且有日益增速之势,其死亡率增幅已达38.9%,即使农村中死亡率的增幅也达39.7%，且发病年龄呈现出年轻化的趋势，严重威胁妇女生命健康[2-3]. 研究表明，乳腺癌的早诊断早治疗对于获得满意的治疗效果和降低治疗费用非常重要[4].但目前已经建立的标准乳腺检查方法包括X射线乳腺成像、超声以及MRI等仅能在癌症病灶实体发展到一定规模之后才能发现其存在，实际上已经错失了对乳腺癌的最佳治疗时机[2]. 电阻抗扫描成像(Electrical Impedance Scanning Imaging, EISI)作为一种无损功能成像方法，能够在乳腺癌形成的早期发现乳腺组织的电参数变化，为乳腺癌的早发现早治疗提供了可能.当前，电阻抗扫描成像在国内外已经获得了临床应用，该技术在乳腺癌检查方面灵敏度非常高，但图像分辨率低，在应用过程中假阳性率较高[5]，目前仅作为X射线乳腺成像的辅助诊断工具. 为了降低EISI的假阳性率，就必须从扫描图像中获得更多的信息，很多学者致力于电阻抗扫描图像信息提取算法的研究[6-13].其中，最为经典的工作有西门子医疗公司Scholz的SF-Music算法[10]和韩国庆熙大学Seo 等提出的深度检测算法[7]. 电阻抗扫描成像理论研究初期，Assenheimer等提出了一个简单的偶极子模型
