摘 要 本作品基于压控放大器设计，由前级放大模块、增益控制模块、后级功率放大模块、A/D(D/A)模块组成。采用STC89c52单片机作为微控制器，以可编程增益放大器AD603为放大电路的核心，设计并制作了具有增益预置和程控等功能的宽带直流放大器及所使用的直流电源。由AD603级联组成增益放大器，实现增益 -20～60dB 范围内可按5dB步进调节或连续可调，且在0～9MHz通频带内增益起伏在1dB以下;互补三极管射级跟随高功率输出在50(负载上最大输出电压有效值Vo≥2V,波形无明显失真;功放输出信号经有效值检波后，通过10位A/D转换芯片，将模拟电压的有效值转换成数字信号，并送微控制器实现增益预置与显示。 作品通过实验完成，并制作成实物。设计采用压控增益器件AD603，进行合理的级联和阻抗匹配，加入后级功率输出，并能进行预置和控制，稳定性好，可控范围大。整个作品制作成本低、功耗小，除个别指标未能达到设计要求外，其它全部达到设计要求。 关键字：压控放大器 ； AD603 ；程控增益 Abstract This work is based on pressure controlled amplifiers, A former design amplifier module and gain control module, the power amplifier module, A/D (D/A) module, STC89c52 adopts single-chip microprocessor controller, with a programmable gain AD603 amplifier for amplifying circuit, the core of which is preset and gain the function such as programmed-control dc amplifier and use of broadband of dc power supply. By AD603 cascade composition gain amplifiers, realize gain - 20 ~ 60dB range according to 5dB step regulation or continuous adjustable, and in 0 ~ 9MHz bandpass within 1dB below; and gain in Complementary triode shot with high power output level 50 largest load voltage waveform 10V experiment.it Vo RMS, without apparent distortion, The power output signal detection, the RMS by 10 A/D conversion chip TLC1549, simulation of the RMS voltage conversion into digital signals, and realize gain preset with micro-controller. Through experiments, and complete works into real. Design using pressure control, reasonable AD603 device gain the impedance matching, and join the power output, and preset and control, good stability, controllable scope.
