Since 1978, China has began large-scale urbanization. So far , we have achieved some su- ccess that the level of urbanization has reached 56% and has formed the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Bohai three big city groups. As our urbanization is not a gradual process, In the process of urbanization, there are series of inevitable problems such as urban disease and Imbalance in regional development. From the practice of foreign’ urbanization，Urbanization is a gradual process not a simple transfer of population. The development of social economy is the main power of urbanization so urbanization must be based on the foundation of the economic development. In the process of urbanization we must control the size of city. Change the urban constructi- ruction idea, construction satellite town, scattered the pressure of the center city pop- ulation. Chinas urbanization is at a rising stage, we must speed up the pace of the west urban constru- -tion. Following the law of development, change the mode of urbanization from go- vernment guidance into market guidance. Control the size of large cities, to speed up the development of small and medium-sized cities. Strengt- hening the functions of the government, pay attention to the preventing and contro- lling the urban disease.Wish our urbanizat
