Its effects and prospects have increasingly caught many scholars′ attentions in academic and engineering fields. Through near a hundred yearsMVTEA has ripened and formed a technological and theoretical system of itself characteristic. MVTEA includes some typical vibration technologiessuch as technology of vibration compacting foundationtechnology of vibration compacting in pouring concrete engineeringtechnology of vibration driving pilevibrofloatation block vibration molding technologytechnology of percussion drillingand dynamic test technology. According to the properties of the typical vibration technologiesthe progresses and present situations of MVTEA are introduced in detail. The key theories and technologies of MVTEA are preliminarily summed up and some critical scientific problems for further research are presented.
