我国商业银行个人外汇理财产品的风险分析 摘 要 有关商业银行风险的文献大多数是分析银行所面临的经营风险, 或是从银行 的角度分析商业银行外汇理财业务的风险，对银行客户也就是投资者在外汇理财过 程中面临的风险却少有提及。本文是站在投资者的角度，考察外汇理财产品的风险 状况及特征，并提出一些投资原则及投资策略以帮助投资者防范风险。本文认为， 投资者应该根据自己的风险承受能力和财务需求选择适合自己的产品，不能只看重 产品收益率的高低，而应该把收益和风险结合起来考虑。 本文先是按照本金是否有保障和收益是否确定这两个标准将外汇理财产品分 成三大类。然后分析了大多数外汇理财产品共有的五类风险，也分别对不同种类外 汇理财产品的风险特征进行了分析。最后，文章提出投资者在购买外汇理财产品时 应该遵循的原则，并结合案例讨论了如何根据实际需要选择适合自己的投资策略。 关键词：商业银行，外汇理财产品，风险分析，投资策略 - I - 我国商业银行个人外汇理财产品的风险分析 Abstract The literature concerning the risk of commercial banks usually analyzes risks of banks, or analyzes risks in the process of financing from the bank’s point of view. But the risks that the bank customers face in the process of financing are rarely mentioned. This article analyzed risks that the investors face in the process of financing, especially when buying foreign exchange financing products from the perspective of investors, and also gave some suggestions to the investors to ward off risk. The article holds that investors should choose appropriate products by their risk preferences and financial needs and that earning and risk should be considered together. In this article, foreign exchange financing products are divided into three categories by the two standards whether the principle of product is safe and whether the earning of product is fixed. In the second part, the article analyzed the five major risks of most foreign exchange financing products and also analyzed the risk characteristics of financing products of different types respectively.
