ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL RESULTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017
The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of Jia Group Holdings
Limited (the “ Company”) is pleased to announce the audited results of the Company
for the year ended 31 December 2017. This announcement, containing the full text of
the 2017 annual report of the Company, complies with the relevant requirements of
the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of
Hong Kong Limited (the “GEM Listing Rules”) in relation to information to
accompany preliminary announcement of annual results. Printed version of the
Company’s 2017 annual report will be delivered to the shareholders of the Company
and available for viewing on the GEM website at and of the
Company at www.jiagroup.co on or before 31 March 2018.
