Sequence of eruption Deciduous dentition: ABCDE Permanent dentition: Maxilla 6124357 or 6124537 Mandible 6123457 or 6124357 Part 2, development and abnormality of tooth Retained deciduous tooth: It is a kind of eruption abnormality. The deciduous tooth does not drop when corresponding permanent tooth has erupted. Part 3, dental caries of children Rampant caries: It is a suddenly appearing, widespread, rapidly burrowing type of caries, resulting in early involvement of the pulp and affecting those teeth usually regarded as immune to ordinary decay. ECC: It is early child caries.
