未成年人犯罪特点、成因与预防对策研究——广东省佛山市禅城区未成年人犯罪调查硕士论文 2Abstract The crimes of the minors have become the social problems that focused by the variety countries around the world, which is enumerated as the “three major jeop ardizes” with the environments pollutions and drag trading and huffing. And the crimes of the minors are the results of the multi-factors interweaving so that the precautions about these crimes effectively should take the studies of the characteristics and origins of these crimes as ground in order to conclude the universal principles and essences to promote the particular corrections and prevents for the minors ’ crimes and to establish the preventing system for the minors ’ crimes effectively and scientifically. Therefore the author gives an investigation on the cases of the minor ’s crimes in procurator in Chancheng District Foshan in Guangdong province in several years and makes an analysis over the aspects, the trends and the models and reasons of the dealings in these minors ’ cases according to the materials above so that raises the some suggestions about the minor ’s crimes for the referencesSo this dissertation chiefly elaborates on the studying targets and meanings for this investigation in the minor ’s crimes and then the author introduces the details in the investigation and gives the analysis and discussion of the results. By the statistical materials and the digital dimensions in 2003-2007 in this procurator of the cases concerning with the issues of the minors ’ crimes, the author summarizes that the number of these crimes is raising radically with the following trends such as the minor-ages, the great verity qualities and the concentrations from the personals and the educational backgrounds which are almost the males and from the patterns of these crimes which are the mainly common crimes with the partly the accused with invasions or injured; and the last aspect of the criminals are the following
