江汉油田短半径水平井的钻井技术研究 学生：寿翔，石油工程学院 指导老师：谢学明，江汉油田钻井公司定向井技术服务中心 [摘要]短半径水平井具有井眼曲线段最短、易于侧钻、成本较低等突出优势。近年来，随着钻井技术的不断发展和完善，短半径水平井也越来越多地应用于开采剩余油、改造老井中，为许多油田带来了可观的经济效益。 江汉油田发现于1965年，经过40多年的开发，油田已经进入中后期，油水井井况日趋恶化。因此，提高油藏采收率成为油田进一步发展的关键。应用短半径水平井进行开发乃是大势所趋。 由于装备、技术等方面的原因，江汉油田在之前并未在本土进行短半径水平井的施工。本文就是对短半径水平井钻井技术的各主要环节进行分析，尤其是江汉油田目前较为薄弱的环节。主要依靠本油田已经进行了试验、施工实践的较成熟技术来解决问题，同时要参考其它油田的相关技术，以便日后进行改进。最终形成一套在江汉油田行之有效的短半径水平井的钻井技术。 [关键词]短半径水平井、轨道优化设计、造斜率优选、轨迹控制、摩阻扭矩分析、复杂情况 Study of short radius horizontal wells drilling technology for Jianghan Oilfield Student: Shou Xiang, Petroleum Engineering College Faculty counselor: Xie Xueming, Directional Drilling Service Center, JHDC [Abstract] Short radius horizontal wells have the shortest curve, and are easy to be sidetracted. Recent years, as the drilling technology of horizontal wells develops, more an more short radius horizontal wells are used to taking surplus oil and restoring the abandoned well. Lots of oilfields are benefit from it. Jianghan Oilfield has been exploited for more than 40 years, and the well condition is very bad now. It is significant to improving oil recovery of old oil fields. So to drill short radius horizontal wells is an irresistable trend. But for some reasons of its equipment and technology, JH Oilfield has not drilled one short radius horizontal well till now in the local place. This paper is to analysis the main links of short radius horizontal wells drilling technology, especially the weak sides of JH Oilfield. To solve problems, it will mainly use the technologies been used in JH Oilfield before, as well as some from other oilfields. At last, to form an effective technology of short radius horizontal wells drilling in JH Oilfield.
