PAGE 毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 基于供应链管理的逆向物流探讨 系部名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 年 月 日 摘 要 我国在“十一五”规划的经济发展计划中，重点提出了经济的可持续发展观,其核心是经济发展与节约资源、保护生态环境的协调一致。逆向物流的发展完全符合这一要求,因为逆向物流的本质在于通过对不合格产品或包装物等废弃物的回收、处理和再生循环等,重新获得其使用价值，提高资源的利用率，减少对生态环境的污染和破坏，实现人类与自然的协调与可持续发展。所以，逆向物流的发展对于我国节约型社会的构建具有重大意义。 本文运用了客观理论研究法，并以图表辅助说明，分析了逆向物流的形成原因与特点, 介绍了供应链环境下的企业逆向物流、区域逆向物流和社会逆向物流。探讨了企业实施逆向物流的重要意义，同时，结合企业实施逆向物流的困难因素，提出了实施逆向物流的策略，简要分析了我国逆向物流的现状。最后得出企业只有先转变经营理念，正确对待逆向物流，才能实现企业自身和社会的可持续发展的结论。 关键词：供应链，逆向物流，区域逆向物流，社会逆向物流 Based on supply chain of reverse logistics Abstract Chinese Eleventh Five-Year Plan of economic development plans, is focusing on sustainable economic development concept, its core is the economic development and conservation of resources, coordinated to protect the environment. The development of reverse logistics fully meet this requirement, as the nature of reverse logistics is on such substandard products or packaging waste recycling, treatment and recycling and so regain its value, improve resource utilization, reduce environmental pollution and ecological destruction, mankind and nature of the coordinated and sustainable development. Therefore, the development of reverse logistics for the construction of saving society in China is of great significance. In this paper, an objective theory of law and supplemented by graphs, analysis of the causes of reverse logistics and features introduced in supply chain business logistics, reverse logistics, and social areas of reverse logistics. Of the enterprises the importance of reverse logistics, the same time, combined with the difficulties of reverse logistics enterprises, and proposes the implementation of reverse logistics strategy, a brief analysis of the status of reverse logistics in China. The conclusion that only the first change in corporate philosophy, the correct treatment of reverse logistics in order to realize their sustainable development an
