油机缸体和气缸盖的设计 摘 要 机体是发动机的主体，主要由气缸体、曲轴箱、油底壳、气缸盖和气缸垫等零件组成。它将各个气缸和曲轴箱连成一体，是安装活塞、曲轴以及其他零件和附件的支承骨架。汽缸体上部的圆柱形空腔称为气缸，目前多镶有气缸套，下半部为支撑曲轴的曲轴箱，用来安装曲轴。气内腔为曲轴运动的空间，在汽缸体内部铸有许多加强肋，冷却水套和润滑油道等。其外部还可安装发电机、发动机支架等各种附件。气缸盖的作用是密封气缸体，与活塞组成燃烧室，它还为很多零件提供安装位置，布置有近排气门和气道，结构形状很复杂。 本次发动机机体的设计，是站在已有发动机的基础上的一次自主研发的尝试，通过运用先进的材料和合理的结构设计出一台自主开发的发动机机体，并使发动机得到优化，减轻发动机的质量，从机体这一方面使整车具有更好的动力性和经济性。 关键词：微型车汽油机缸体；缸盖；参数设计；  Abstract The body is the main engine, mainly by the cylinder block, crankcase, cylinder head and cylinder pad and other components.
