15000吨/年PC/ABS共混料挤出造粒生产工艺设计摘要综述了PC树脂、ABS树脂单一材料的性能以及PC/ABS共混料的性能，近年来我国PC/ABS共混料的发展现状以及国内外的一些研究进展，知道了PC/ABS共混料在国内的应用与发展前景，尤其是在电器外壳方面方面。PC/ABS共混料比起单一的PC树脂、ABS树脂具有更加优越的力学性能与更好的适应性能，可以适应更多不同的使用环境。本设计详细的介绍了PC/ABS共混料的挤出工艺，PC/ABS共混造粒生产线的工艺并不复杂，选择普遍使用的双螺杆挤出造粒的成型方法生产PC/ABS粒料，通过配方筛选、物料衡算、设备选型、工艺参数控制等过程对整个工艺流程作了较为详尽的阐述。并从降低成本、提高性能、应用前景等各方面考虑设计了较为合理的PC/ABS共混造粒生产配方和留有发展潜力的生产设备，计算其生产车间所需的各种生产设备和总投资成本，对实际投资建设PC/ABS共混料造粒生产车间的各个方面具有积极的指导作用。关键词：PP/ABS、共混料、性能、生产线、挤出造粒、工艺设计15000 tons/year of PC/ABS blend material extrusion process designAbstractPC resin, ABS resin, summarized the single material performance and the performance of the PC/ABS blend material, PC/ABS blend materials in our country in recent years the development of the status quo and some research progress both at home and abroad, and know that the PC/ABS blend materials in domestic application and development prospects, especially in the area of electrical enclosure.
