PAGE 毕业论文 浅析我国农村公共产品供给存在的问题及对策 摘 要（按照修改后目录更改） 农村公共产品供给体系的良性发展，关系到广大农民的切身利益与新农村建设的顺利进行。但是现有的农村公共产品供给体系已经不能符合农村经济发展对基础设施等硬环境建设、农村居民基本生活保障的需要。本文首先通过在对农村公共产品进行科学界定的基础上，分析了当前我国农村公共产品供给中供给短缺、结构失衡等一系列问题与困境。其次从普遍性与特殊性两个层面探究了目前农村公共产品供给困境的原因。最后，基于上述分析，分别提出从短期完善修正现有支农政策等，中期理顺与开拓支农途径等，长期实行集中在根除农村公共产品供给的制度壁垒等方法入手解决农村公共产品供应中存在的供给短缺等问题的对策体系。 关键词 公共产品；农村公共产品；问题；对策 ABSTRACT(不能有语法错误) the sound development of systems of public goods Supply in rural areas is related to the vital interests of farmers and new rural construction. But the existing system of rural public goods supply has been unable to meet the infrastructure development of rural economy and hard environment, rural residents basic living needs. Firstly, in the rural areas through a scientific definition of public goods based on the analysis of the current supply of public goods in rural supply shortages, structural imbalances and a series of problems and difficulties. Second, from the two levels of universality and particularity to explore the current plight of rural public goods reasons. Finally, based on the above analysis, respectively, from the short-term improvement proposed to amend existing policy, agriculture, medium-term ways to streamline and develop agriculture and other long-term centralized supply of public goods in rural areas in the eradication of institutional barriers and other methods to start the supply of rural public goods supply shortages, there is the countermeasures system.
