中 文 摘 要 随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，建筑行业也得到了空前的繁荣发展，建筑行业是我国经济发展的重要组成部分，建筑工程的质量水平是建筑工程顺利进行的重要保证，建筑工程质量是企业的生命，然而建筑工程由于施工环境的复杂多变，工程质量问题也日益突出，因此本文主要针对建筑施工项目工程质量管理中存在的问题进行分析和研究，从建筑工程管理质量的相关概述出发、重点分析建筑工程项目质量管理存在的问题，如建筑工程质量管理制度不健全；相关从业单位素质不足；材料浪费严重等，针对以上问题从建立健全质量管理规章制度；提高相关从业单位的素质；加强建筑材料质量的管理等具体措施进行探讨。最后就金俊办公楼项目实例作为研究对象，以期为建筑施工工程质量的有效管理提供借鉴，从而促进建筑工程的投资效益的实现。 关键词：建筑工程；质量管理；效益 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the socialist market economy， the construction industry has been unprecedented prosperity and development， the construction industry is an important part of Chinas economic development， the quality level of construction work is an important guarantee for the smooth progress of construction works， construction quality is the enterprise Life， however， due to the complex construction engineering construction environment， quality issues are also increasingly prominent， so this is mainly for the construction project quality management problems of analysis and research， construction engineering management from the relevant overview of the quality point of view， focuses on construction project quality management problems， such as the construction quality management system is not perfect； less relevant practitioners unit quality； and serious waste material， the above problems from the establishment of a sound quality management rules and regulations； improve the quality of the relevant units of the practitioners； strengthen Specific measures of management quality construction materials were discussed.
