In the conventional cultivation conditions (3 repetitions, three lines for each subregion, 2.5m for each line, plant spacing 15 cm, line spacing 50cm).The objective of this study is to analyze the correlation between the structure of the growth period and character of yield . The results show that: (1) The grain weight per plant of late maturity material and grain number per plant of late maturity material are the most large; The flowering period of all growth period proportion of the early maturity material, and the flowering period of all growth period proportion of the middle maturity material, and the flowering period of all growth period proportion of late maturity materialall have positive correlation with grain number per plant; The reproductive growth period of the early maturity material, and the reproductive growth period of the middle maturity material, and the reproductive growth period of late maturity material have positive correlation with grain weight per 100 grains. (2) There is no significance of difference of all growth period and grain weight per plant of all group material of all province,but there are significance of difference between other character. It indicate that regional source has influence on expression of character;The flowering period of all growth period proportion of materials of Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi have positive correlation with grain amount per plant, and them have negative correlation with grain weight per 100 grains.(3) On the whole，there is very significant positive correlation ( r=0.412**)between the flowering period of 50 soybean materials and
