湖北省医院信息化现状调查与分析 ① ② ② ② ② ③ ④ 陈 敏 胡国善 曹艳清 肖兴政 邱杰 张晓祥 周彬 ① ① ① ① 李道苹 白雪 郑见立 樊嫚 ①华中科技大学同济医学院医药卫生管理学院,430030,湖北武汉 ②湖北省卫生厅信息中心,430071,湖北武汉 ③华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院,430030 武汉, ④华中科技大学同济医学院协和医院计算机网络中心,430022,武汉 【摘 要】 目的：为加快湖北省医院信息化建设步伐，全面了解湖北省二三级医 院信息化建设状况与存在的问题，科学合理地制定湖北省医院信息化建设规划。 方法：由湖北省卫生厅信息中心组织，通过卫生厅电子政务平台统一发放问卷对 湖北省二级以上医院信息化建设情况进行调查。结论：湖北省二级以上医院信息 化建设重点正处于由管理信息系统向临床信息系统应用方向发展，区域协同医疗 刚刚起步。但调查数据与 CHIMA2005 和 CHIMA2008 调查比较发现，湖北省二 级以上医院信息化建设尚存在人力资源比较匮乏，医院信息化资金投入不足，新 的信息技术尚未全面普及应用，信息安全措施使用级别较低等问题。 【关键词】医院信息化；现状调查；对策分析 Abstract Objectives: To speed up the pace of hospital information construction in Hubei Province, comprehensive understand information construction status and problems of the second and third hospitals and scientific and reasonable development the hospital information construction planning in Hubei Province. Methods: Combined by the Hubei Provincial Health, the questionnaire which is independent distributed by the health e-government platform of Health Department of Hubei Province is used to survey the information construction of two or more hospitals in Hubei Province. Conclusions: Focus on the hospital information construction of the second and third hospitals of Hubei Province is in the process from management information system to clinical information system，and regional health has just started. But compared to CHIMA2005 and CHIMA2008, there is a lack of hospital information technicians in Hubei province, capital investment is insufficient, new information technology is not universal access to application, and security measures are in lower-level.
