摘 要 随着科学技术的快速发展，特别是计算机互联网技术的突飞猛进，各家商业银行纷纷开办了网上银行业务。网上银行业务的开展，在为银行带来逐步上升的利润空间时，也给广大客户带来了便利。 本文从商业银行网上银行业务入手，综合利用理论与实际相结合法、比较研究方法、文献法分析我国网上银行产生的背景、现状、原因以及遇到的问题，从而提出了相应的对策。文章分为五个部分，第一部分是概述，介绍了网上银行业务的界定、分类，还从网上银行的特征与优势、功能两方面阐述了网上银行业务对于整个银行的影响；第二部分主要讲述了国内外网上银行业务发展状况；第三部分分析了我国网上银行业务发展原因及现状；第四部分指出了我国网上银行业务发展存在的问题；第五部分是针对我国网上银行业务发展问题提出强化安全防范措施、推进信用环境建设、出台并优化相关法律法规、提供个性化服务、重视人才培养、加大营销宣传力度等建议。 关键词：网上银行；业务；发展；研究 Abstract With the high-speed development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of computer Internet technology, banks have started the business on the net. For the development of online banking, banks not only increase the profit space gradually, but also bring convenience to the customers. This article proceeds from the online banking business of commercial banks, synthetically utilizing the combination with theory and actual method, comparative method and documentary method to analysis background of Banks in our country, present situation and problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is an overview of classification definition of online banking. It introduces the definition of online banking and also from two aspects: the characteristics and advantages of online banking features this paper expounds the influences of the online banking for the entire bank. The second part focuses on the online banking development status at home and abroad. The third part analyzes the reason to the development of online banking in China and the present situation. The fourth part points out the existing problems in the development of online banking in China. The fifth part puts forward to strengthen security measures, such as promoting the construction of the credit, introducing and optimizing the related laws and regulations, providing personalized service, attaching great importance on training talent, increasing marketing propaganda.
