浙江人学硕f：学位论文现场总线设备管理系统研究与设计ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofcontrolsystem，therequirementsonthefieldmeasurementandtheperformanceofthecontrollingequipmentarealsoimproved．Tomaketheassetsmaintenancehavingmorescientificbasis，theynot onlyrequiretheassetsproyidetheprocessinformation，butalsoprovidetheirowndiagnosticinformation，managementinformation，andotherno．n-controlinformation．Foreignassetmanagementsystemhasbeenabletoachievethebasicmanagementfor inteligentasset，but incontrast，thelevelofresearchathomeislower．Sothispaperproposesassetmanagementsystemwhichisinanintegratedplatformfordifferentmanufacturerstoachievethefunctionsincludingcommission，configuration，maintenanceandcalibration．Itprovidesintegratedsolutionsaboutpreventativemaintenance，predictivemaintenanceandproactivemaintenanceforasset．ThepaperfirstdesignesthesystemwholenetworkmodelthatuseingC／S model，thendesignesbridgeandsoftwaremodule structureaccordingtothefunctionofthesystemrequirements．Therearetwodrivetechnologyforfieldasset，buttheirapplicationareaisdifferent，andthenthemajordevicevendorssupportdifferenttechnology．ItCannotmeettheoperationalrequirementsofeachothersimplyuseanyofthetechnology．SothispaperproposesDDandFDTtechnologyworktogethertoachieveintegrationofequipment，accordingtothecomplexityoftheequipmentthispapergivesthreemethodstoachievetheequipmentintegrationanddescribesindetailaboutFDT／DTM(DeviceTypeManager)realizationandgenericDTMbasedonDDtechnologyrealization．Thispaperintroducestherealizationofassetmanagementsystem．Firstistherealizationofcontrollevel，whichistheEthernetstructureand usesTCP／IPprotocol，thecontrollevelcontainsengineersstation，operatorstationandapplicationstationtoachievedifferentfunctions．Thedatabaseinthissystemusingobject—orientedSOLServertechnologyandvariable·scale，itis suitableforallsizesofprojectmanagement，theassetmanagementsystemandfactorydataarelinkedseamlessthroughOPCserver．Finally，thispaperintroducesthetestingresultsofthisresearch，TheassetⅡ浙江大学硕十学位论文现场总线设备管理系统研究与设计managementsystemwhichisbased
