AbstractThemetalmagneticmemorytestingtechnology,asanew-brandnondestructive testingtechnology,comparewiththeothertradionalnondestructivetestingmethods,it takestheadvantagesofearlydiagnosistoferromagneticmaterial,canprevent ferromagneticcomponentsinservicefromaccidentfracturefailureandavoid unnecessaryloss.Thistopicmainlyresearchthechangelawsofthemetalmagnetic memorysignalinthewholeprocessoffatigueloading,thenputforwardthe correlationcoefficientandcurvedsurfacesimilaritycoefficient,whichcan quantitativelyevaluatethedegreeoffatigue.Firstly,researchthechangelawsofthetraditionalmetalmagneticmemory singalcharacteristicquantity,suchasHp(y)max、Hp(y)min、Hp(y)subandmagneticfieldgrads,theywouldchangeasthefatigueload,reflectthefatigueloadingwell,but incompetentlyassessthedegreeoffatigue.Accordingtothemetalmagneticmemory signalchangelawsunderthefatigueloading,baseonthetraditionalcharacteristic quantity,several new characteristic quantity are founded to depict the loadingprocess,suchasshort-periodsecond-ordercentralmomentratio、peak-to-peakvalueratioandcorrelationcoefficient.thecorrelationcoefficient,whichdepictthe two-dimensionleakymagneticsignalgraphsimilarity,isprovenfeasibletoevaluate thedegreeoffatiguedamage.Baseontheevaluatingmethodoftwo-dimensionleakymagneticgraph similarity,thethree-dimentionleakymagneticcurvedsurfaceisconstructed,then definethecurvedsurfacesimilaritycoefficient??bycurvedsurfacenormalvector.The curvedsurfacesimilaritycoefficient??wellrespondthechangeofthethree-dimention leakymagneticcurvedsurface,indirectlyrespondthelawsofthemetalmagnetic memorysignalduringthemacrocrakespreadperiod.Theresultshowsthat three-dimentioncurvedsurfacesimilaritycoefficient??takethemoreadvantagesthan correlationcoefficient,wellevaluatetheferromagneticmaterialdegreeoffatigue damage.Keywords: Metal magnetic memory testing technology ,Degree of fatiguedamage,Correlationcoefficient,Curvedsurfacesimilaritycoefficient目录第1章绪论.......................................................
