河南科技学院新科学院 本科毕业论文设计 题目：工业洗衣机上的PLC控制系统的研究 所在院系： 电气工程系 学生姓名： 所在专业：电气工程及其自动化 指导老师： 完成时间： 2013年4月 工业洗衣机上PLC控制系统的研究 摘要 近年来随着科技的飞速发展，单片机、PLC的应用不断地走向深入，同时带动传统的控制技术的不断更新。本篇论文描述了在工厂，酒店，宾馆这种需要大量洗衣、洗衣次数频繁的特殊场合中，将松下系列PLC作为主控制器作用于工业洗衣机控制系统中，来解决生活中繁重的洗涤任务。在工业洗衣机设计过程中，选择松下系列PLC作为微电脑程序控制，同时利用变频器来改变电动机的运行方向及转速，并利用计算机对工业洗衣机进行模拟监控的控制系统总体控制，设计出了系统结构图、程序指令、梯形图以及输入输出端子的分配方案，实现洗涤、漂洗、脱水过程。 根据工业洗衣机控制系统总体控制要求和特点，为使洗衣机操作的整个流程更直接明白化，本论文就利用通过PLC控制全自动洗衣机，实现了全自动洗衣机的正常运行和强制性停止功能。 关键词：松下PLC ， 工业洗衣机 ， 控制系统 Abstract In recent years ,with the rapid development of science and technology, SCM、To the application of PLC constant depth，at the same time it can improve the development of traditional control technique. this article mainly introduced in this factory，hotel and tavern in special occasions, need a lot of washing, washing frequent, where there are many. In the industrial washing machine design process, the choice of Panasonic PLC program control as microcomputer, at the same time use frequency converter to change direction and speed of the motor running, the overall control system and simulation control of industrial washing machine using computer, design of the system structure diagram, program instructions, ladder diagram as well as input and output terminal assignment, the realization of washing, rinsing, dehydration process. According to the characteristics and requirements of the overall control system of industrial washing machine, washing machine to make the whole process more directly understand the operation, this paper uses PLC control through full automatic washing machine, to achieve the normal operation and mandatory automatic washing machine stop function.
