 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT VI 摘 要 随着社会经济的迅速发展，汽车在百姓生活中变得普及。机动车数量的增加，使得机动车停车难的问题开始显现。很多城市中餐饮娱乐场所、行政单位、商务场所、电影院、医院等大型公共场所要么没有停车要么就是车位不够用，因而在这些大型工作场所经常出现乱停车的现象。而传统的停车场不但浪费了大量的土地资源并且逐渐不能满足日益增加的私家车停车需求。自动化机械立体车库以其智能、高效、快速、安全等特点成为解决大中型城市中停车难问题的首选。本论文设计了基于PLC的自动化机械立体车库控制系统，主要设计内容有如下几点： 1．经过对车库控制系统逻辑分析，确定3层7车位式的升降横移式车库系统并对系统进行了可靠性分析，确保了系统运行的可靠性。2．对车库控制系统的输入输出进行了详细分析，完成了对控制系统的输入输出分配、PLC选型。3.详细介绍了系统结构、工作原理、软件实现和控制方案，绘制了系统的控制流程和PLC控制的梯形图。 关键词：立体车库；可编程控制器；PLC；控制系统 ABSTRACT With the development of economy, it is becoming more and more popular in normal people’s life that one owns a car. Parking problem is deteriorating steadily as the increasing number of cars. In many large public places we can find that there is no enough parking places or even no parking place at all, such as dining places, work places, business places, cinemas, hospitals and so on. So it is common to see parking chaos in these large public places. On the other hand, traditional parking lot can cause the waste of land and it is becoming more and more week at meeting the increase of parking demand of private cars. Intelligent solid carport becomes the best choice to solve parking problems in big cities because of its feature of intelligent, efficiency, high speed and safety. This article is about the control system of automatic mechanization solid carport which is based on PLC. The content is about: 1. Through the analysis of the logic of solid carport control system, the program of 3 layers and 7 parking spaces lift-sliding solid carport is determined. 2. Analysis the inputs and outputs of the carport control system. Choose the right PLC and assign the inputs and outputs to the pins of PLC. 3. Introduce the structure, working principles and control scheme of this control system. Draw the control flow and the ladder of PLC programming of the control system.
