摘 要 本工程为黑龙江省黑河市龙广农场8#楼，由黑龙江省龙广农场投资建设。总建筑面积4013.16㎡，层高为五层带阁楼，建筑耐久年限为50年，建筑耐火等级为2级，建筑抗震强度为6度，结构类型为砖混结构。 毕业设计是计算该工程工程量以及施工组织设计的编写。施工图预算主要是对该工程进行各分项工程的工程量的计算工作，再根据工程量套取定额，得出该工程的预算费用。然后根据施工图纸和设计要求，进行施工组织的设计编写。其主要内容包括编制说明、工程概况及特点、施工部署、分步、分项工程计算方法、施工现场总平面布置及管理、施工进度计划、安全消防、环保与文明措施等。 熟悉了设计的全过程，我认真负责的完成了毕业设计任务。 关键词: 施工图预算 施工组织设计 砖混结构 Abstract The projects in Heilongjiang Province, Longmen farm Wudalianchi District 11 # F, Lung Hing, from Heilongjiang Province, Longmen farm investment and construction. The total construction area of 4013.16 square meters, for the five-storey with attic, building durable life of 50 years, building fire resistance rating of two, building seismic intensity of 6 degrees, the structure type is brick-concrete structure. Graduation is to calculate the amount of the project engineering and construction organization design preparation. Construction Budget is mainly on the works sub-projects Calculation of engineering work, and then earn a fixed amount of works, come to the project budget. Then under construction drawings and design requirements for the preparation of construction organization design. The main contents include the preparation instructions, project profiles and features, construction arrangements, step by step, sub-project method, the general site layout and construction management, construction scheduling, security, fire fighting, environmental protection and civil measures. Familiar with the design of the whole process, I am serious and responsible task to complete a graduation project.
