Mass Businesses Management Information System is a typical Management Information System(MIS). In view of mid-min business and supermarket fact ，It is a in-sale-store business Management Information System combinating with the concept and structure of Management Information System, principle and methodology of system development , which based on in-sale-store business for mid-min business and supermarket and user of requirement analysis . By looking up lots of datum, we selected JBuilder presented by Borland based on SQL Server 2000 database because of its objective tools in Win32. VB offered a series of ActiveX operating a data-base. At the same time , we selected structural-life-circle strategy ,which analyzes and devises life circle structurally and modully from top to bottom using the strategy of systematic thought and systematic project according to the principle of user-satisfied. It could be modified and developed till users are satisfied with it.
