TestingSystemforRudders’PerformanceBasedonLabwindows/CVIAbstractTestingSystemforRudders’PerformancebasedonLabwindows/CVIisaspecial testingsystemdesignedformeasuringtherudderandfirecontrolcircuitofsometypeof missile.Beusedfortherudderandfirecontrolcircuitproductionline,bothtoimprove themeasurementaccuracyandalsoenhancetheefficiencyofproduction linetesting.ThisthesisdescribesthedesignofTestingSystemforRudders’Performancebased onLabwindows/CVI,and developmentprocess.Whileonaccount ofdesignrequirements, onthebasisofanalyzedboththeproblemtobesolvedandRDStatus,accordingto practicalityandreliabilityprinciplesscreeningforvarioustestprograms.Firstofall,the thesissummarizestheconceptionandthetraitsofvirtualinstrumenttechnologyaswell asthebackgroundofthedevelopmentforthetestingsystem,andthendesignsthemain frameofthesystem.Basedonitthethesis detaileddiscussesthehardware and the softwaredesign.Thehardwaredesignincludinganaloganddigitalsignalconditioning circuitdesign,relaycontrolcircuitdesignanddesignofDSPdigitalcommunicationunit. Besides,inWindows2000operatingsystem,thedesignoftestsoftwareisbasedonthe Labwindows/CVIdevelopment environment.Thesoftwareincludes test software interfacedesignandtheworkflowofeachmoduleforthesoftwareofthetesting system. Finally,thethesisdescribesthedebugging,calibrationofthesystemandtheproblems encountering aswell asits solutionsduringtheprocessofthedeveloping.Thesystemhasbeenusedintherudderandfirecontrolcircuitlineoftheproduct.
