信息技术推进武警总医院管理变革的研究 摘要 本文在介绍国内外医院数字化建设和管理状况的基础上 分析了国内医院 数字化建设和管理中存在的问题 武警总医院通过打造数字化医院的契机 充 分利用信息技术大力推进 病人选医生 的先进管理模式和全成本核算的经营 管理改革 优化了就医流程 引进了竞争机制 重构信息不对称下医患信任关 系 并进行了医院管理变革前后医院信息化建设项目的效益评价 研究结果表 明医院管理者必须凭借信息技术不断创新管理思想和管理模式 才能使医院得 到持续的发展 最后提出了数字化医院建设及促进管理创新的建议 关键词 信息技术 数字化医院 病人选医生 全成本核算 信息不对称 效 益评价 管理变革 Research on the Management Innovations through Information Technology in Wujing General Hospital Abstract This paper introduced the current situation of digital hospital constructio n and management in China and developed countries, and analyzed the problems of digital hospital construction and management in China. In the course of digital hospital construction of Wujing general hospital, the advanced management ideas and models such as “Patients Select Doctors”, “Full Cost Accounting” have been used through information technology. The trust relationship between doctors and patients has been reconstructed under asymmetric information in the hospital. The methods of economic benefit eva luation of digital hospital construction have been discussed in the thesis. From what has been discussed in the treatise, we may reasonably reach the conclusion that the hospital’s administrative personnel have to practice these advanced management models with information technology to realize sustainable development of hospitals. The author has put forward proposals of the building of digital hospital and prompting management innovations.
