产后尿潴留的处理方法及护理 【摘要】[目的]探讨解除产后尿潴留几种方法的可行性。[方法]做好病人心理护理，解除思想顾虑，对于轻度尿潴留病人采用诱导排尿法，重度及顽固性尿潴留采用大剂量不保留灌肠法。[结果]对我科28例产后尿潴留产妇采用不同的处理方法，同时给予心理护理、穴位治疗等取得了满意的效果。[结论]分娩过程中注意保护会阴，缩短产程，尽量避免给产妇造成不必要的痛苦而引起排尿困难导致尿潴留。 【关键词】 尿潴留;产妇;分娩　 Abstract　Objective：To probe into the feasibility of several methods of removing postpartum urinary retention.Methods：Good psychological care of patients，the ideological concerns were removed，the inducing urination was used for patients with mild urinary retention，large doses of unretention enema was carried out for severe and refractory urinary retention patients.Results：A satisfac
