AbstractUnderthetrendofeconomicglobalization,withrapiddevelopmentofeconomy，computerandcommunicationstechnology,globalizationalsoobtainedtherapiddevelopmentofthetransportsystem.AfterChinajoinedtheWorldTradeOrganization,Chinaseconomicdevelopmentbringingmoreopportunitiestointernationaltrade,internationalcargo’stransferredisthetieforinternationaltrade.Forproductionenterprises,alreadyhasthehigh-qualityproducts,theperfectmanagementsystem,andthecompetitivequotationfortransportationfreight.Findanoptimizedtransportationmodeisbecomingmoreandmoreurgentlyforcompany.Thisthesisbasedonthemodeoftransportationoptimizationinsupplychainmanagement,analyzedandresearchedthetransportmodeandproblemsfortheworldfamouscompany-HGST.Firstly,Ilistedthebackground、purposeandsignificanceoftransportationmanaging,describedthestatusoflogisticstransportationmodeandthetrendforlogisticstransportationmode,describedthetransportationmanagementoftheory;Secondly,basedonsupplychainmanagementenvironment,combinedtransportationmanagementandtheactualsituationofHGST,Ianalyzedthenotionproblemfortherelatedpersonnel,thecooperationofinternalrelateddepartment,internalsystemsupportandthetransnationalmanagement.Ilistedthestatusoftransportationmodeandtheproblem;Thirdly,forfinishgoods,Ioptimizedthetransportationmodeaccordingtothecharacteristicsofcompanyandfeasibilityanalysisforit,andIsetupthescheduleforit;Finally,accordingtotheactualdata,Ianalyzedtheresultfortransportationmodechanged:transportationfreightwasreduced、theinventoryoffinishgoodswasreducedandtheleadtimeoftransportationwasreduced.Keywords：Transportationmanagement；Transportationmode；Supplychainmanagement；Optimizetransportationmode目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景...............................................................................................(1)
