中国地下钱庄的影响及治理.doc

摘 要 本文首先阐述地下钱庄的现状：一方面由于民间旺盛的需求而不断成长，另一方面受到国家的严厉打击。其次，从地下的利弊着手，对地下钱庄做出评论：利大于弊。再次，分析造成目前现状的原因，是由于旺盛的民间需求和政府过度管制造成的。最后，得出解决地下钱庄问题的合理解决方法：地下钱庄合法化和开发投资渠道。当前，一方面，我国中小企业从国有银行获得贷款很困难，另一方面，地下钱庄作为中小企业获得贷款的有效途径却受到较大打击。在一定层面上，国家管制使得地下钱庄的贷款利率更高，因为国家打击使得经营地下钱庄的风险更高。笔者通过分析地下钱庄的危害及积极作用，提出解决地下钱庄的措施：将地下钱庄合法化。 关键词：地下钱庄；治理；影响 Abstract In recent years, the real estate economic activities have become the focus of attention.
