肿瘤标记物CY211、CEA及CA125在肺癌诊断中的作用 【摘要】目的：探讨肿瘤标记物血清细胞角蛋白19片段（CY211）、血清癌胚抗原（CEA）及糖类抗原-125（CA125）在肺癌诊断中的作用。方法：选取我院2012年8月至2015年8月的186例肺癌患者作为试验组（分别分为56例肺鳞癌组、75例肺腺癌组、55例肺小细胞癌组），选择122例肺良性疾病患者作为病例对照组，同期体检的健康人群109例作为健康对照组，采用电化学发光法检测3组研究对象的CY211、CEA及CA125水平，观察3组研究对象的CY211、CEA及CA125水平的变化情况及诊断意义。结果：试验组的CY211、CEA及CA125水平与病例对照组和健康对照组存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；CY211的敏感性、特异性明显比CEA及CA125高（P＜0.05）；肺鳞癌组、肺小细胞癌组和肺腺癌组患者的CY211和CEA存在明显差异（P＜0.05）；CY211、CEA及CA125联合检测的阳性率明显高于单个指标（P＜0.05）。结论：CY211和CEA可以用于肺癌患者诊断，CA125对肺癌患者的诊断价值不佳，CY211和CEA可以作为肺癌的肿瘤标记物。 关键词：肺癌；CY211；CEA；CA125；诊断价值 CY211 tumor markers, CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer 【Abstract】Objective: To study the serum tumor markers cell keratin from 19 fragment (CY211), serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
